DGDX3800 machine adopt dual driving control mode and working mode can be designed by your requirement.

This machine is used for preshrinking and ironed tubular fabric, and equipped with magnetic separating shuttle, hydraulic lifting platform, 20mm NOMEX carpet.

The temperature of machine could reach 180°C. But Steam’s temperature is 140°C.
Our machine blanket is 20mm thickness, containing NOMEX material, which could resist high temperature and not pollute the fabric.
*The width of fabric: 1450 mm Max.
*Standard diameter of Cylinder is 450mm.

The relax dryer machine is used for tubular and open-width fabric with heating cylinder by three-layer belt. Because each layer could be run under different speed, the fabric could be kept in loosen status without any tension during the drying process.

Based on the different fabric width and production requirement, we could supply different models with different chambers as following: DGHG-2000mm/2400mm/2800mm/3200mm/3600 mm, with 2-8chambers.

Open Width Compactor 

The Open Width Compactor machine is 3in1 advance textile finishing machinery, specially appllied for open width cotton fabric pre-shrinking process. At the beginning of overfeed, the cotton fiber will be processed by steaming to increase the humidity and plasticity. Then the fabric will be widened and pre-shrinked in order to reduce shrinkage and get a good soft feature.
Some fabric could be used directly after drying machine processing, and you can get a stable size,qualified shrinkage and soft effect. If the fabric couldn't reach the standard,you can repeat the processing step and obtain satisfactory result.
Based on different fabric width, we can provide different working width machine, the most popular models are DGLS-2200mm/2400mm(standard)/2600 mm.
